Veteran VFX Supervisor Nick Davis, joins MPC



Nick Davis, who is Oscar nominated, brings his 3 decades of expertise to a London based facility.
 LONDON -- MPC Film has hired Nick Davis’s valuable services as a VFX Supervisor. Davis is one of the world’s and the  industries ,  most experienced visual effects artist , as he has worked behind the camera , on more than 20 major feature films , spanning 27 glorious years .

The  credit for creating magnificent works on : The Fugitive , Batman Forever , Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets , Clash of the Titans , Edge of Tomorrow and King Arthur : Legend of the Sword goes to Davis . Apart from being nominated for the Oscars, Davis has received a number of industry accolades and recognitions , throughout his career , which includes : An Academy Award nomination for Christopher Nolan’s : The Dark Knight and a BAFTA , for Tim Burton’s : Charlie and the Chocolate Factory .

Davis ,  joins MPC’s roster of experienced VFX supervisors , namely : Erik Nash ( The Mummy ) , Adam Valdez  (The Jungle Book) , Guillaume Rocheron  (Ghost in the Shell ) , Gary Brozenich ( Pirates of the Caribbean ) and Richard Stammers ( The Martian ) .

This year ,  MPC has received , The Best Visual Effects Oscar ,  for its path breaking work on , Disney’s    The Jungle Book “  and is coming up with a number of visual effects driven , exciting  features , similar to  : The Lion King , Godzilla : King of the Monsters , The Predator , A Wrinkle in Time and The New Mutants .
